he ran well the last day here over two-miles and the step-up in trip helped today. They've done a great job again with watering and the slower ground seems to help him. We will keep popping away with him and see what the handicapper does. He is an honest horse and kept galloping there. He is rated lower over hurdles, so we also have that option. He is owned by two ladies (Anne McCartan and Frances Smyth) from Tyrone and they are not here today unfortunately.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed B.W. Harvey, rider of Jumping Susie, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B.W. Harvey was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (third offence), they suspended him for eight racedays.
