However, this step up in trip may stretch his stamina and preference is for ZANAHIYR. The classy Gordon Elliott-trained gelding was placed twice in the Champion Hurdle and only beaten a length when third to Pinkerton over course and distance in the Plate last year. He kept on into seventh behind stablemate Western Fold in the latest renewal of the Plate on Wednesday. Must Be Obeyed may prove best of the remainder.
