Alan O'Sullivan registered his second win in as many days, as he guided Castleheath to victory in the concluding Download The Tote App (Q.R.) Handicap.

Dead-heating for first when last seen on the level at Galway in July, the Ciaran Murphy-trained victor since finished fourth over flights at the Ballybrit venue, disappointing on his latest start at Ballinrobe.

The subject of late support from 16s to 10s, the Elzaam four-year-old was given a patient ride, making progress on the outer from early in the straight.

Ridden to the front with over a furlong to go, the Niall and Cathal Slevin-owned bay kept up the gallop in the closing stages and came home a length-and-three-quarters to the good.

From 16s early, Gotta Catch'em All (11/2) came home well to take second under Meryem Walsh, while Sylkie (25/1) and Alfalfa (25/1) were third and fourth respectively.

Returned the 5/1 favourite, Wertpol was a disappointing 10th.

"He didn't travel early which I was surprised by as we ran him over hurdles the last day and he was too keen early," Murphy commented.

"He's got plenty of gears over that mile and a quarter trip and in fairness to Alan he sat tight and when he came with a run he flew home.

"He's been a lovely horse and won at the Galway Festival. We had him in the Lartigue, and we changed path and came here.

"He can continue under both codes, and a bit of nicer ground wouldn't be any harm to him. He handles the surface at Dundalk so that could be a possibility."

O'Sullivan claimed the final race of the Listowel Harvest Festival on Saturday afternoon when guiding That Danny Feeling to victory.

O'Sullivan, unplaced, and Gotta Catch'em All, ridden by Miss M. Walsh, where it appeared Goota Catch'em All was manoeuvered right causing interference to Hemight and Vivacious Lady. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. P.W. Gleeson said he was keeping straight but had to take a check. Miss. M. O'Sullivan said at the time she didn't feel much interference but accepted she was carried off her line. Miss M. Walsh said it got tight in front of her so she had to go left to get a run. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Miss M. Walsh was in breach of Rule 214 in that she had ridden carelessly and having considered her clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended her for two racedays.

Mr H.C. Swan, rider of Victoria Kesia trained by Joseph G. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped causing his horse to buck and unseat him.
