Trainer Ciaran Murphy has been giving an update on a quartet of runners who are expected to represent his stable in the coming weeks.

Galway festival winner Castleheath will most likely make his next start back on the Flat, before switching to hurdling later in the year.

"Castleheath is entered at Ballinrobe on Monday, and the main aim would be the Lartigue in Listowel," said Murphy.

Burren Song, who finished runner-up at Galway prior to enjoying no luck in running at Chepstow last time, will make his next start at home also.

Murphy said: “Burren Song was unlucky in the Racing League after finishing second at Galway and he will go to Roscommon in a couple of weeks. We’re just waiting for rain with a lot of them."

Another horse who showed up well at Galway, Titanium, won't be seen until the heavens open.

Murphy added: “Titanium ran a lovely race (third at the Galway Festival) and it just wasn’t soft enough for him. We’ll hold back and train him for the backend."

On his next expected runner, Murphy said: “Red Oak will run in the bumper on Friday (at Kilbeggan) and is a nice type.”
