Extra Race For Curragh On Sunday Horse Racing Ireland has announced that it has agreed to a request by the Irish Racehorse Trainers' Association to add an extra race at the Curragh on Sunday 20th August to form an eight race card. The additional race, The National Breast Cancer Research H'cap, is an extended handicap over six furlongs for three-year-olds and up rated 45-70. The first race on Sunday will now be scheduled to go off at 1.40pm.
