"It'll be a tough decision for Ryan" - O'Brien fillies on target for the Curragh Aidan O’Brien reports both True Love and Precise in good form with riding arrangements for both fillies, who are vying for favouritism in Sunday’s Tattersalls Irish 1,000 Guineas, still not decided. “I’m very happy with both fillies and they worked well this morning,” said the Ballydoyle trainer who added riding arrangements are up in the air. "It’ll be Ryan (Moore) and Wayne (Lordan) depending on what we’re running. I’m not sure who will ride who and Ryan will probably leave the decision until as late as possible, I’d imagine, but it’ll be a tough one for him.” Precise, who started favourite for the Newmarket 1,000 Guineas in the hands of Moore but finished only seventh behind the Wayne Lordan-ridden winner True Love, had an interrupted preparation before her seasonal debut and her trainer is expecting better things to come. "Precise had a temperature about two months before Newmarket so you’d imagine she’ll come forward a good bit.” The Group 3 Heider Family Stables Gallinule Stakes has three Ballydoyle contenders among the ten entries and O’Brien, seeking his 20th win in the race, said: “We could run the three in that - Causeway, Drop Dead Gorgeous and Amadeus Mozart — and I’d imagine it’ll be Causeway for Ryan, but I couldn’t say for definite, or the filly (Drop Dead Gorgeous). Gstaad, favourite for Saturday’s Tattersalls 2,000 Guineas, was also put through his paces this morning and O’Brien said: “He worked well earlier too and we’re happy with him. He seems to have come out of Newmarket well so we’re looking forward to Saturday where Neolithic could also run with him. Flushing Meadows is a possible but more likely it’ll be the other two.”
