The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident before the home turn involving Minella Rockett, ridden by J.A

Heffernan, Princess Rosie, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, and Sara La Belle, ridden by R.P. Cleary where it appeared Sara La Belle caught a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Cleary stated that as he was moving forward past Princess Rosie he felt there was movement from Minella Rockett on his outside which caused him to fall back in and catch the heel of Princess Rosie. J.A. Heffernan stated that his mount ran very green and seemed to duck left at that point in the race. N.G. McCullagh stated that he was unaware of any interference

Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action
