Formscan By Tom Weekes - It is 18 years since the last filly (Snowdrop) won this race but APPLE'S SHAKIRA is the pick today, having proven herself a high class juvenile hurdler thus far. A winner of all four, including her French debut, hurdles thus far she has won three times at this venue and while heavy ground might be a small concern, she has proven herself on soft and comes here having easily won at Grade 2 level here in January. Stormy Ireland is another filly with a big chance having demolished inferior rivals in winning her maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse in December. She is absent since then and while she will be ready for today and could be a potential star, one niggling worry is she was twice beaten (albeit both times narrowly) over hurdles when trained by a different trainer in France last May. Stablemate Mr Adjudicator has gone from strength to strength in recent times and has sound claims having won a Grade 1 (beating Farclas) in February while Redicean was a Grade 2 winner in February at Kempton and is unbeaten over hurdles but a concern for him would be testing ground.%0A
