Formscan By Tom Weekes - KOBALT ST GEORGES can complete a four-timer as he probably remains ahead of the handicapper. Beaten out of sight in most of his initial ten starts, he has shown huge progression this season and completed his hat-trick in a Punchestown hurdle. Although 10lb higher than when scoring over fences here in November, each of the second, third, fourth and fifth horses has scored subsequently, while the sixth has been a runner-up. That race’s fifth Kilbrin Rocco indeed defeated today’s runner Doyen Magic here last month. Big Stage has big weight while Westoftignes is possibly best watched on chase debut. Choccabloc disappointed on a recent start but had previously been running well.
