Formscan By Tom Weekes - MOUNT SHENSHAN won the second division in last year’s renewal of this race and now competes from just 1lb higher, under his same rider. That was his sole success from 19 starts but he is an able performer at this level, has been running well recently and is suited by testing ground. Carlas Big Jim won the 2024 renewal and while winless in his last 19 starts, hasn’t jumped with fluency over fences recently so could be suited by reverting back to hurdles. Bumper winner Bossing It drops in grade today and is also helped by her rider’s 7lb claim.
