He may be able to keep his mind on the job now and could be on a handy mark although he's unproven on the surface. Arabian Legend wasn't far behind the selection a couple of times last year and a first-time hood looks significant as he was inclined to be too free as a juvenile. Pub Talk is consistent and, while he did well to be runner-up over 5f last time, should be much better suited by this trip over which he was beaten only half a length two starts back. Malacanne, second to a stable companion over 7f a fortnight ago, should also be suited by a mile but is in better company here.
