Formscan By Gary Carson - ABSTRACTION has plenty of toe and jumping from a low draw here he may be worth taking a chance on having slipped 4lb in his absence over the winter. He made a bold bid from the front on his last visit here but was collared late on having been clear over a furlong out. He's not getting any younger but the handicapper looks to have given him a chance. Snow Patch is another who has early pace and she could also go well from stall 3. Polly Douglas is just on her outside and after a big run on her return at the Curragh she also has to come into calculations in a competitive and wide-open looking contest. The consistent Plough Boy won last time at Naas but he looks up against it drawn on the outside.
