Formscan By Tom Weekes - JABBAR won easily over today’s course-and-distance last month and is a fine staying type. Thoroughly consistent, the selection finished third in a Premier Handicap at Naas last October, is a dual all-weather winner and can defy a 5lb hike for easily defeating today’s rival Jerandme recently. Persian Bliss is a less-exposed four-year-old who was well held over course-and-distance in November but scored over 1m4f here last month. He has been penalised 5lb for that success but can continue to progress. Pavilion End did really well to win an ordinary course maiden last month, as he appeared hopelessly outpaced mid-race. Stepping up in distance can help but he nonetheless tackles a tougher race.
