However, ROGUE TORNADO went agonisingly close in a tougher contest at Lingfield last month and James Owen's inmate makes more appeal. Headed in the shadows of the post on that occasion, the son of Cracksman finished clear of Poncho (third) and can confirm superiority. The latter has place claims once again, while Golden Flame is worth a second look.
