Formscan - This represent a big drop in class for HIAOU on his debut for Chris Gordon after the six-year-old was well beaten in a competitive Leopardstown contest on his chasing bow for Gordon Elliott in the spring. He is well clear on official ratings as he reverts to hurdles and may prove too strong for Saligo Bay, who finished a long way clear of the third when runner-up in a selling handicap hurdle earlier in the month.
