Formscan  - HARAPPAN made a promising debut when outrunning his odds to finish third at Newcastle before getting off the mark at Wolverhampton earlier in the month, having been sold for 150,000gns at the Newmarket sale in between those efforts. Iain Jardine's gelding is likely to be too strong for this opposition, despite carrying a 7lb penalty. Mass Consumption is capable of better following a below-par effort on his handicap debut at Newcastle, while improvement appears to be likely from A Poet's Secret.
