Grann's Boy actually beat Tonaghneave Well into second in a maiden hurdle at Kilbeggan in July. He has been racing on the Flat since then, but has to be respected on this return to hurdling. Ol Man Dingle has to give weight away in a tight race, but the way he shed his maiden status in Clonmel gives him prospects. A big run from Kazakh D'arthel in the first race would bode well for KIngdom Calling who beat him in Listowel when priced at a whopping 250/1.
