FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - A couple of AQPS races went the way of DALLAS DES PICTONS in April and May when he was under the guidance of Alain Couetil in France. Those successes at Loudeac and Le Pin au Haras were achieved over a mile and six and an extended mile and seven. It's probably not that surprising to see the selection begin over flights at this two mile three furlong distance. In this part of the world we're likely most familiar with Dallas Des Pictons' sire, Spanish Moon, through the exploits of his brilliant daughter Laurina. She's won over here from two miles up to two and a half miles, and though she clearly stays well apparently the Champion Hurdle is on her radar for this term. Among the others to keep in mind are Advantage Point, Borderline Chatho, School Boy Hours and Thosedaysaregone.
