FormscanBy Michael Graham - School Lane made a bold bid from the front in the Ulster National here in March and could do the same again today. He was only collared in the final furlong of that extended three and a half mile test and similar forcing tactics could work over this shorter trip. He was well punted to deliver on his next start at Carlisle in April, though, but weakened out of contention to come in last of the four runners, so may be best watched today. KING'S WAR was very good in Wexford and can follow up. For a 16/1 shot he certainly didn't go unbacked and the way he drew clear on the run-in was noteworthy. Pat's Pearl jumped well on her way to victory over fences here last month and looks a solid each-way play.
