The five-year-old mare has been runner-up on her last couple of starts, including by a head at Kilbeggan last month. He also saddles Ballydunblaze who was only 3/1 for a big-field maiden-hurdle at Listowel in early June. She didn't finish within the same parish as the odds-on winner, when fifth, but is likely to be much closer at the business end here. Holycross Lito returned from a break to finish a decent fourth at Kilbeggan at the start of the month and has a chance if building on that. Local trainer Brian Hamilton introduces Castle Canny with Danny Mullins a good booking. Walking In Memphis is showing form for Gavin Cromwell and her runner-up finish here last month entitles her to respect.
