The Dundalk juvenile maiden winner looked sure to score on his handicap debut when quickening clear a furlong out at Killarney only to be pegged back in the final strides. That run came off a break of over four months and, if his turn of foot can be produced a little later this time, he should defy a 4lb rise in the ratings. Free Spin has a similar profile to the selection and is nicely in here at the bottom of the handicap, while Bold Thady Quill won a valuable handicap here on Irish Derby Day and continues to hold his form well as judged by his second in the Cambridgeshire.
