Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - Cap'n began in the Group Two Qipco British Champions Long Distance Cup behind Order Of St George in 2017. That was his only start for the Brendan Powell stable, he moved on to Claire Dyson then, it was Takashi Kodama for his last two starts and now the Gamut gelding starts off for Paul Flynn. It wouldn't surprise if Cap'n ran well on his initial outing in a handicap chase with Paul Townend booked to do the steering. Nellie Pledge is another to keep in mind on her first start in this sphere, whilst Big Robin may come forward for the addition of blinkers. Going back up in distance should assist Doldido, but for a selection I'll take an each-way chance on FERGIETHELEGEND. John Carr's charge is thirteen now alright, but he's lightly-weighted and ran well last time.
