With that in mind, preference is for TRUE LEGEND. He caught the eye when finishing fifth despite enduring a troubled passage in the Northumberland Plate on his penultimate start, before producing arguably a career-best over 2m at Ascot most recently. Nudged up only 1lb, and having performed well over this C&D previously, a bold bid is expected. Ayyab is also one for the shortlist pitched back into a handicap.
