Formscan By Tom Weekes - BEDTIME STORY has been kept ticking over since her Royal Ascot romp and will be primed for this first Group 1 attempt. By Frankel and out of dual Nunthorpe Stakes winner Mecca's Angel, she subsequently failed to replicate that Ascot brilliance but nonetheless has won quite professionally both times against stablemate Exactly. Simmering was flattered to finish as close to Fairy Godmother (which had met trouble in-running) in the Albany Stakes but nonetheless won in high-class fashion at Deauville recently. She seemed to benefit from stepping up to this distance on soft ground at Deauville but could possibly have a preference for an easy surface. Lake Victoria and Red Letter met over course-and-distance in June and step up in grade.
