Formscan By Tom Weekes - MY GREAT MATE has been running consistently well on similar ground and over similar distances recently and is dependable. A dual bumper winner including once at last year's festival over this course, he won his maiden hurdle by 31 lengths at Sligo recently and while overturned by a stablemate at Listowel, that rival is himself capable. There was nothing exciting about Prends Garde A Toi's recent Downpatrick win but that was his first run since Christmas and should improve, having also shown nice bumper form last term. Fenway Park finished a useful fourth at the Punchestown festival last May before scoring at that course later that month. He should compete although isn't helped by lacking a recent run.
