He scored twice at Perth before making all at Killarney and ran a cracker last time in the Galway Plate, only weakening on the run-in when fourth to Hewick. Max Flamingo also has experience in a big field handicap when beaten less than ten lengths behind Lord Lariat in the Irish Grand National.
