Formscan - HYPOTENUS shaped better than his finishing position suggested when tried at a higher level at Sandown. The handicapper has dropped him 2lb for that effort and the seven-year-old, who has to go right-handed, appears to have a suitable opportunity to get back to winning ways. Secret Des Dieux looks to be the most obvious threat but whether he wants slightly further on a flatter track remains to be seen. Epinephrine needs to improve plenty on recent evidence.
