Formscan  - DEFENCE WITNESS returned to winning ways at Catterick when staying on strongly in the closing stages and a 4lb rise is unlikely to inconvenience him, especially in a contest where all of his rivals have something to prove. Getaway Glory was well behind the selection on that occasion, but finished second over C&D before an extended break and a repeat of that would see him in the mix. Ballydangan completes the shortlist.
