Formscan - Whistle Stop Tour was a progressive hurdler and looks set to continue that forward momentum after making it second-time lucky over fences at Kelso. Even so, a chance is still taken on the fitness of GOLD CUP BAILLY, who took this prize in 2023. Winless, albeit quite lightly raced since, his last three chase starts have come in Grade 3/premier handicap company and he can make the most of the drop in class. Special Rate also commands respect.
