Formscan  - ANIMAL has had an excellent start to this season and his most recent victory at Sandown appeals as the strongest form on offer. A 4lb rise for that success may not halt him and the step up in trip may bring about further improvement, with recent easy course winner O'connell looking best placed to chase him home for his in-form connections. Inis Oirr bounced back to form with a strong runner-up effort at Musselburgh last month and also enters calculations.
