Formscan - It is hard to look past BELLS OF STAMFORD, who recorded his best run to date over a furlong further at Ayr in May. A drop in trip should not faze him, given he led clearly from the second-last fence during that contest, and he looks capable of giving another good account off a 4lb higher mark. A shorter test looks set to suit Miss Bamby, who weakened over 2m7f last month, while Cobbs Corner completes the shortlist.
