Formscan - GUNSIGHT RIDGE was beaten into fifth over 2m4f at Aintree when last sighted and the handicapper may have been kind to drop him 2lb for that display. Olly Murphy's eight-year-old has been sidelined for over a year, but he has won first time out in the past and this trip suits better. Xcitations didn't run badly in defeat at Newbury last time and is 1lb lower now, so it would be no surprise to see him get into contention. Gold Des Bois is another to note.
