Formscan - REAL QUARTZ followed a successful sole start in a point-to-point by winning over hurdles at Carlisle and Doncaster last season. All three victories were gained in a pleasing manner and Dan Skelton appears to have placed the progressive six-year-old with an excellent chance of extending the victorious run here. Vol Royale runs for a buoyant yard and, having won three of his last four starts, must be taken seriously. Moorland Rambler and Heart Over Head are others resuming with reasonable chances based on peak efforts.
