Fly enjoys further Glory on the Polytrack
He likes the far side! The last day they were all coming to the near rail and he wanted to go to the far side. We decided a few runs ago to go where he wants to go. Little bit quirky, but he's tough and he did that well. He showed good resolution and maybe Harry's Bar got a little bit lonely in the middle. You probably wouldn't want to lose him after that, but we'll see. If he's gone, he's gone, and someone will have fun with him. The lads that own him, some of them have bought into another horse. They would be happy enough to keep him as well.
Songhai scores on debut for Murtagh & Coen
She was a very nice two-year-old. She picked up a couple of little niggly injuries, so it took us a while to get her on the track. Her work has been good at home. I thought coming up here first time out she just might need the run, but we gave her a jump out of the stalls there on Thursday with Ben and she jumped well. I think that helped her in getting a good position. It looked like there were a few nice horses in the race, so hopefully she can keep improving - she should. She's a very good mover. Ben just said not to go early on heavy ground (in new Flat season) and to wait until the ground dries out a little bit. She will go on decent ground in the summer.

Thorne brings up a dozen winners with Volatile Analyst
I feel like we have rejuvenated the animal to no end. Obviously, Stephen (Mooney) my assistant has done a remarkable job with this horse. He rides him every day and all credit goes to him. We had to wait quite a while to get a result with this horse, but I knew once we got the result, we would get the confidence back into him. We have options. We will be looking at Lingfield (Good Friday) now, I don't know if we will be high enough to get into Newcastle. This horse will be dangerous in somewhere like Lingfield because he has the gears to travel. There might be another pot up here before we go. Jack is a great kid and very good value for the 5lb. We will support him as long as he keeps riding winners!
Athlumney Warrior wins decisively on second start
Dallas Star puts Derby disappointment behind him
David was very happy with him and he is going to improve plenty. He picked up an injury in the Derby and hasn't run since, so it is a great comeback. He had to give the weight away and it is a fair effort. Oh definitely (try 1m4f again) and eventually he could be a 1m6f horse. He'll go now for a Listed race in Naas (Devoy Stakes) in the second week of the Flat, it is a mile and two as well. He'll be even better on the turf.

Clarke keeps up the good work with Tara Power
They were working together (last week's winner Albion Power) - two nice horses and a great syndicate own them. They bred them and the only thing different about them is their sires. They have a great work ethic those two horses. Small yard and I've only a handful returned in at the minute, but getting results. Hard work and the little lad there, Liam Byrne, is coming out and giving me a dig out in the mornings, so it is nice to see him here tonight as well. I was confident and it is nice to get two in one week. It is fantastic. It is trying to get the right races. That race didn't even suit Tara tonight - he really wants a mile or a mile and a-quarter and he just barely gets it (mile and a-half), but he did it tonight under a peach of a ride under Niall. In that race, you go for experience, and I got plenty of that tonight.
