Donald McCain, the Veterinary Officer, the Veterinary Surgeons, the Racecourse Doctor and the Racing Manager for Hemmings Racing were interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the Stewards found that Mr McCain had acted improperly towards the Veterinary Surgeons and fined him £250.
Following the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that Butch (GB), placed third, had bled from the nose.
Brian Hughes reported that Barrowdale (IRE), which was pulled up, lost its action.
