See also » Vic off to a flyer over fences It's testing ground. Hopefully it's onwards and upwards. His jumping was fantastic. He was a three-mile horse over hurdles yet he can do that over two miles. The ground is very testing but it's good to be racing. Three mile hurdlers if they can jump fences can often come back in trip. I'd still be thinking of him as a staying chaser but looking at that I would not be afraid to run him over two miles again. W P Mullins, trainer
