An enquiry was held to consider interference on the bend leaving the back straight, when CHIDSWELL (IRE), placed third, ridden by Craig Nichol interfered with SOME REIGN (IRE), placed fourth, ridden by Conor O'Farrell. The interference was found to be accidental as CHIDSWELL (IRE) hung left towards the rail causing SOME REIGN (IRE) to be tightened for room and have to take a slight check.
