Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account cautioned the rider

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kashagan (GB), trained by Archie Watson (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be slightly lame on its off fore.
An extended handicap for three years old only that have run two or more times under any Rules of Racing before 10th June, 2019, at least one of those runs having been over a distance of nine furlongs or more, and are eligible for a handicap rating (105 = 9st 12lbs) Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
