An enquiry was held to consider the unruly behaviour of Elusive Theatre (IRE) which was led in at the start and reluctant to jump off.
The representative of Patrick Griffin was interviewed.
As the mare had also been reluctant to jump off at Ayr on 2 January 2019, the representative was informed that any future similar behaviour from Elusive Theatre (IRE) may result in the mare being reported to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.

Michael Scudamore could offer no explanation for the gelding’s performance.
The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding during routine testing failed to reveal any abnormalities.
