See also » Cooper gets Logistics home He go the job done. It was his first run over hurdles,. He didn't really race and was waiting for the hurdles to come up to him. It was a good performance as the second might not be too bad - I trained the dam. He went to the last like a winner but then idled and pricked his ears. I thought he was beaten for a couple of strides afterwards but he won really well in the end and the third horse was quite a bit back. He's a very big horse and is only four so hopefully there is room for improvement. He could run in a novice hurdle now at Christmas. D T Hughes, trainer
