The Stewards enquired into an incident at the winning post involving Bright Eyed, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed second and Duquesa Beach, ridden by S.P. Davis, placed third, where it appeared that Duquesa Beach checked at the winning post. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.
