THE COME RACING FOR FREE 18TH JUNE HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 6) The Veterinary Officer reported that upon inspection Raspoutine (GB) was grey and not bay as published in the racecard.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching one furlong out, involving Raspoutine (GB), placed second, ridden by Luke Morris and Cobalt Comet (GB), placed third, ridden by James Sullivan.
Morris was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he had allowed his horse to drift left-handed for some distance without sufficient correction, resulting in Cobalt Comet (GB) being taken several horse widths off its intended line.
