THE JAMES BOWEN TON UP NOVICES' HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 5) An enquiry was held to consider the circumstances surrounding why Max Comley was on the track after the runners had jumped the fourth hurdle.
Comley and The Clerk of the Course were interviewed.
Comley was reminded of his responsibilities and to be aware of his surroundings and not walk on the racing line during a race.
Following the race, James Davies reported that Constantinian (IRE), which was pulled up, hung right-handed.
