THE SOUTHERN CRANES AND ACCESS HANDICAP STEEPLE CHASE (CLASS 4) (GBB RACE) Approximately half a furlong out, the winner, Rip Wheeler (IRE), shifted slightly left-handed, giving a bump to HAWAII DU MESTIVAL (FR), placed second, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Rip Wheeler (IRE).
