The whip of Darragh Keenan, the rider of Toy Soldier (IRE), unplaced, had appeared to make light contact with Daniel Muscutt, the rider of Soldiers Star (IRE), unplaced, inside the final ½ furlong.
The riders were interviewed and recordings of the incident were viewed.
The Stewards reminded Keenan of his responsibilities to use his whip in a professional manner.
