He's a very good horse, we didn't see the best of him last year and he has really tuned the corner this year. What a woman Jessie is! The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Hotazhell (GB), ridden by S. Foley, Lambourn, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, A Boy Named Susie, ridden by O. Murphy, and Hawk Mountain, ridden by Pierre-Charles Boudot where it appeared Lambourn, A Boy Named Susie and Hawk Mountain all had to check

Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley said his mount went left for a few stride but he corrected him shortly after. D.P. McDonogh, O. Murphy and Pierre-Charles Boudot all said they had to check after receiving pressure from their outside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found S. Foley was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record (third offence) and the prolonged and continuous nature of the offence, they suspended him for 11 racedays.
