The sponsorship in relation to Secret Beach (IRE), trained by B F Brookhouse, did not comply with the Sponsorship Code of Conduct.
Brookhouse was warned as to his responsibility to ensure that the correct sponsorship is carried.
Leaving the stalls, Tailorman (FR), placed fourth, jumped very awkwardly and shifted left-handed carrying the winner, Playtime (GB), onto Rogue Sea (GB), unplaced, which was hampered and in turn caused Secret Beach (IRE), placed second, and Arazzo (IRE), unplaced, to be checked.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of any horse.
Just inside the two furlong marker, Tailorman (FR), placed fourth, edged slightly right-handed bumping Kokinelli (FR), placed fifth, which in turn made contact with Grey Fable (IRE), placed sixth, unbalancing that runner.
After viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Tailorman (FR).
