The Raceday Stewards interviewed W. McCreery, trainer, in relation to his failure to nominate a rider before the designated time for Mogwli. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who stated that his intention was to declare one of his apprentices himself and was later contacted by an agent to book a rider but he was away from his phone at this time, he concluded by apologising for the oversight. Furthermore, Mr. McCreery nominated Jessica Maye to the Clerk of The scales before the new deadline as required under Regulation 3. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards allowed the rider request on this occasion, however the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that W. McCreery was in breach of Rule 195(i) and Regulation 3, and having considered his record in this regard they cautioned him on this occasion

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident close to the finish line involving Mogwli, ridden by Jessica Maye, Pinball Wizard, ridden by R. Coakley, and Master Garvey, ridden by C.T. Keane where it appeared it got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C.T. Keane stated that owing to the nature of the track, the field had rolled across at which point Pinball Wizard came into his path momentarily and he had to take a check

Jessica Maye stated that she suffered minor interference. R. Coakley stated that his mount rolled in half a horse width as the horse in front of him funneled across, he further added that when he became aware of the horses on his inside he corrected his mount immediately. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found R. Coakley, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the top bend involving Dinamine, ridden by W. Joyce, Jazz Dreamers, ridden by A.S. Grant, and Drish Melody, ridden by L.F. Roche, where it appeared contact was made

Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.F. Roche stated that he ran onto heels and took back. A.S. Grant stated that he suffered no interference . W. Joyce stated that his mount rounded the bend and landed on heels which at this point he had to take back off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action

R.C. Colgan, rider of La La Lucrative, trained by Matthew J. Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right

N.G. McCullagh, rider of Famous Enough, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the stalls

J.A. Heffernan, rider of La Tulipe Noire, trained by Aengus King, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't get the clearest of runs.
