Formscan By Alan Magee - Ruby Walsh has been quite selective about the rides he’s taken since returning from injury, and it looks significant that he takes the mount on LITTLE MISS VIC. A point-to-point winner at Templemore, Pat Fahy’s charge was absent for over two years until five outings in recent months, and a change of tactics seemed to bring about improvement at Naas last time. She made the running on that occasion over 2m3f and, having been headed early in the straight, kept on again in the closing stages. Cloudy Rock is the obvious threat. She took a Kinsale point-to-point in impressive fashion, and again made all in a bumper at Tramore this spring. She was again prominently ridden when running better than her finishing position would suggest (Silver Sally finished ahead in fourth) in the mares maiden won by hot-pot Morning Run at Tipperary earlier this month. It will be fascinating to see how tactics work out between the pair.
