Formscan - Madara was on the back of a 378-day absence when he returned at Wetherby's Christmas fixture and is likely to do a lot better with that run under his belt. However, preference is for ISSAM, who is 2-5 over fences and is developing well as a chaser. Dropping the Tom Symonds-trained gelding back down in trip could be a profitable move. Petit Tonnerre, who won a Listed handicap over an extended 2m at Punchestown on his penultimate start, is another must for consideration.
